Family Swims
We are open for family swimming during the school holidays. Call to book a place! Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult (aged 17+) Adults £6 Children £3.50

Adult Lane Swims
We have several lane swimming sessions during the week, with early morning, lunchtime and evening sessions.
Book and pay in advance. £6.
Swim Memberships
Swim passes and Swim & Gym passes are now available. Click here to buy online or visit reception.

Pool Hire
Our pool is available for hire from £65 per hour (plus £18 for the lifeguard), for various uses.
Pool parties include an hour in the hall after swimming from £120.

Fitness Suite
Gym
Our gym is open every day, with the last admission 30 minutes before the centre closes.
If you are new to using a gym, we offer an induction to show you how to use the equipment.
We also have a personal trainer if you need some extra motivation.
All users must complete a Health Questionnaire before using the facility.
Physiotherapy
We offer a wide range of physiotherapy services designed to cater to various health and wellness needs.
Our experienced physiotherapist is dedicated to providing personalised care to help you achieve your health goals.
Massage Sessions
A session with Lisa from Warrior Wellbeing is designed to relieve muscular tension, improve flexibility and joint mobility, boost circulation, encourage relaxation, and enhance posture for your overall well-being!
